Eyelash Perm and Eyelash Tint with Sovay Reeder @ Salon Sovay

Oftentimes I'm asked if you can perm or tint shorter eyelashes and will it really make a difference. I think so. This client has very fine, modest lashes and they're really optimally enhanced with an eyelash tint and eyelash perm.  Just because your lashes may not be the strongest facial feature you have does NOT mean it should be ignored.  All lashes are equal here...I treat them all the same...and strive to get them to their personal "10".
