Icy Blonde Balayage at Salon Sovay...a beautiful transition from dark ash blonde with box color to gorgeous icy blonde balayage.

 

Kelly’s client transitioned from a 2 toned grown out summer color to this spectacular Icy Blonde just in time for chilly winter! Steps:

Her client wanted to achieve an icy rooted blonde. Session one she worked to achieve as much lightness and full saturation on the ends as possible. Kelly used the Air Touch method to fully saturate her ends while maintaining a blended, soft, natural transition from root to tip. Once in, Kelly ran into some old color that would not lift high enough, so she was glazed with a nice wheaty beige to balance out the warmth. Kelly then cut over 7 inches off and gave her a sassy layered lob.

Session two... Kelly went in and did a 3D balayage to brighten over all, and tipped out the remaining ends. She was color melted after to achieve this nice Icy Rooted Blonde. Voila - from dull and brassy brunette to a fun, flirty ice princess.
